Motherboard ki capacity aur efficiency aapke through use kiya jane wala systems ke according alag alag hoti hai. Basically Motherboard ke three  types me bhata gaya hai.

• Server motherboard
• Laptops Motherboard

1.Desktop Motherboard

Desktop motherboard ko home aur office me use kiya jata hai kyoki inka home aur office me work ke liye bahut jayada use karte hai. For example- Movie dekhna, Songs aur game khelna etc. Is type ka  Motherboard basic type ka hota hai.

2. Server Motherboard

 Server Motherboard desktop se advance hota hai jisme  ki hight quality feacture hote hai. Aur yah spacial working ke liye design kiye gaye hote hai jo ki 24×7 times work karne me maahir hote hai.

3. Laptop Motherboard

Motherboard Component and Their Functions

• Processor Socket :  CPU sarket ek interface hai jo ki Cpu ko Motherboard se connect karta hai.
• Northbridge: Yah CPU aur Memory ke batch communication ko control karta hai. Jo ki northbridge controller ke rup me jana jata hai.
• South bridge: Yah Motherboard ke sabhi parts aur buses ko control karta hai. Jise northbridge ke through nahi kiya ja sakta hai.
• Memory Slots: Memory slot board me ram lagane ke liye ek interface provide kiya jata hai aur ram module is slot ki dala jata hai.
• Power Controller:  Motherboard me alag alag switch hote hai jinko power Controller ke through control kiya jata hai
• Jumpers: Motherboard par jumpers pin hoye hai jo motherboard setting configuration provides karte hai. For example- CMOS ko restore karne ke liye inka use kiya jata hai.
• Buzzer: buzzer ek speaker hota hai. Jo ki motherboard me ambed rahta hai. Aur iski maddat se system me koi error aata hai to buzzer ko help se hume information milti rahti hai.
• Video Port: VGA monitor ya kisi aur VGA se device ko connect karne ke liye is ka use kiya jata hai.
• Microphone Jack: iske through microphone ko connect kiya jata hai.
